The FBI issued this overblown alert on April Fool's Day 2000. (No joke! See related link.) And they typed it entirely in uppercase, just like a novice. The alert received some publicity thanks to its tie-in with 911 emergency services ... but reporters quickly dropped it when the "911 virus attack" story failed to live up to its hype.
