A typical variation on the original Good Times hoax virus alert (see related link) which appeared circa November 1996. It swept through U.S. government & military email networks in 1996-97. The alert notably appears in a major report signed by Senator Patrick Moynihan and then-CIA director John Deutch (see related link).
