No. Terrorists crave one thing above all else — fear. Hackers & virus writers have never demonstrated the fear they need to accomplish terrorism's goals. No legitimate terror group will bother to launch a cyber-terror attack until it can exploit real fear. Until then, we'll only read stories about laughingstock cyber-terrorists in East Timor and laughingstock cyber-terrorists in Britain.
