10/2/01 quotation errors

Tuesday, 2 October 2001 Rob Rosenberger's 10/2/01 column contained multiple quotation errors:

Rosenberger missed the word "Internet" in one passage. Its omission changed the context of the quote.
Rosenberger typed "user" instead of "use" in another passage.

Rosenberger's errors occurred when he typed the quotes by hand into his column. He did not use a cut-and-paste operation.
