11/19/99 apology

Vea Culpa, Corrections editor
Friday, 19 November 1999 When Rob Rosenberger wrote to Sal Viveros (Network Associates) about the BubbleBoy press release, he told him a "Prime Support customer" provided insight to its gateway implications. Actually, a competitor provided the insight. Rosenberger received an email at the same time from a Prime Support customer, and he mentioned the wrong type of source when writing to Viveros. Rosenberger committed this mistake in private correspondence but he believes it warrants a public apology.
